MIXER/PUMP FOR LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE

POLITERM® MACHINE 1000 H2O is a mixer/pump in stainless steel for preparing and pumping lightweight concretes made with virgin or recycled EPS beads (POLITERM® BLU), perlite, vermiculite and cork, also mixed with cellular foam. It mixes and pumps on site in a single machine, so lightweight screeds and subfloors are laid quickly and evenly, even on upper floors.

The 264 gal (1000 L) tank with double cross-flow auger and the 132 gal/min (500 L/min) pump can deliver through up to 328 ft (100 m) of hose and to a height of 98 ft (30 m). The H2O version adds a separate 264 gal (1000 L) water reserve tank and a digital dosing device that feeds the exact mixing water straight into the tank: constant mixes, batch after batch.

Mixing tank: 264 gal (1000 L); motor 4 hp (3.0 kW) - 400 V - 50 Hz (60 Hz version available on request); double cross-flow mixing auger.
Pump motor: 7.4 hp (5.5 kW) - 400 V - 50 Hz; friction belt drive; flow 132 gal/min (500 L/min) of water.
Maximum hose length: 328 ft (100 m); maximum pumping height: 98 ft (30 m).

Standard equipment: 2 high-resistance hoses + 2 light hoses (66 ft (20 m) each set), 82 ft (25 m) water hose, 82 ft (25 m) power cable 3P+E 32 A, parallel remote pump control, 2 de-airing tools.
