ECAP® NANO
PREFINISHED AEROGEL PANEL, FOR THERMAL INSULATION SYSTEMS
ECAP® NANO is the prefinished aerogel insulation board for when space is very limited: with λD 0.1 BTU·in/(h·ft²·°F) (0.015 W/(m·K)) it delivers maximum insulation in a minimum thickness (from 13/32 to 2 3/8 in (10 to 60 mm)). It is ideal for window reveals, thermal bridges, internal insulation and historic buildings where every millimeter counts.
It is breathable (μ 5) and stable across a very wide temperature range, and like all ECAP® boards it is completed with ECAP® ADP and the ECAP® finishes.
NOTE
- Thermal conductivity λD 0.1 BTU·in/(h·ft²·°F) (0.015 W/(m·K)).
- Thermal resistance from 0.67 (13/32 in (10 mm)) to 22.7 h·ft²·°F/BTU (4.00 m²K/W) (2 3/8 in (60 mm)).
- μ 5; compressive strength 12 psi (80 kPa); density 14.4 lb/ft³ (230 kg/m³).
- Reaction to fire C-s1,d0; service temperature -328 to 392 °F (−200 to +200 °C).
- Board 28 1/4 × 55 in (720 × 1400 mm).
