GECO CEMENT plaster

GECO CEMENT plaster

BREATHABLE CEMENT-BASED PLASTER WITH FIBERS AND FINE FLOATED FINISH

GECO CEMENT plaster is a pre-mixed, breathable cement-based plaster with mineral fibers and a fine floated finish, classified as a renovation mortar (EN 998-1 R). It is used to plaster damp walls and ceilings, indoors and outdoors, in one or more coats.

It goes on thick – up to 1.18 in (30 mm) per coat – without sagging or cracking: anti-sagging additives keep the surface uniform, mineral fibers improve impact resistance and controlled shrinkage limits fissures. Its capillary water absorption is class W0, and because it is vapor-permeable it lets the wall dry out.

After 1.5-2 hours it can be floated to a smooth or slightly rough finish; after 24 hours it can be painted or covered.
