A history of success and international collaborations

Edilteco boasts a rich history of innovation and achievements. Over the years, we have established a network of global partners to introduce our solutions to new markets and adapt them to specific local needs. Our international expansion began in 1998 with our first long-standing partner, Tekto in Greece, which now produces Politerm^® Blu and pre-mixes with two dedicated plants, Politerm Evolution and Drymix Plant. The trust and collaboration with Tekto paved the way for further growth across Europe and nearby markets, strengthening Edilteco’s presence in the Mediterranean.

Our network then extended into key regions like Latin America. Our partner in Argentina, Estisol, is a significant example of strategic and technological collaboration: they not only produce Politerm Blu but also pre-mixes and ECAP, our prefabricated thermal insulation panels, tailored to meet the needs of the South American market.

In Europe, EnergyStore has covered the UK and Irish markets since 2017, with four Politerm Blu production centers, demonstrating the efficiency and adaptability of our plants to meet a growing demand for insulation products. Our collaboration with Dyo in Turkey, initiated in 2016, represents another example of productive synergy: Dyo produces pre-mixes like Isolteco^® and Protherm Light^®, our lightweight certified plaster for passive fire protection, meeting the needs of the Turkish market.

Most recently, in 2022, we welcomed a Saudi Arabian company to our partnership network, which is taking on significant challenges in major government projects currently under way. This partner has chosen the advanced technology of Politerm Evolution and ECAP, adapting production to meet the sustainability and quality standards required by the Saudi construction industry. Their involvement in strategic projects demonstrates Edilteco’s ability to provide certified, competitive and flexible solutions to meet ambitious goals.

Advanced technologies for sustainable construction

Our range of plants is designed to offer complete and flexible solutions. Key Edilteco technologies include:

• Politerm Evolution: this plant is specifically designed for the production of Politerm Blu, our flagship thermal insulation product. The plant enables EPS beads to be uniformly treated with the E.I.A. (Edilteco Insulating Additive), ensuring a high-quality, homogeneous product. Once treated, the beads are bagged and ready for distribution.
• Drymix Plant: this technology allows the production of a diversified range of pre-mixes. With Drymix Plant it is possible to produce a comprehensive array of thermal insulating plasters (such as Isolteco), ready-to-use subfloors and screeds (such as Isolcap^®), and specific plasters for passive fire protection (such as Protherm Light). The versatility of Drymix offers a broad selection of products to meet various construction and protection needs.
• ECAP Plant: the ECAP plant is designed for the production of ECAP thermal insulating boards, ideal for creating insulated façades efficiently and to a high standard. With this plant, the first coating layer and mesh are pre-applied to the panel, which is then punched to ensure adhesion. The ECAP boards are then dried, packaged and ready for sale, providing an easy-to-use, “trouble-free” solution.
