MIXING / PUMPING MACHINE FOR LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETES

ISOLCAP MACHINE MyB 220 is a stainless steel mixer/pump for lightweight mortars made with ISOLCAP pre-mixes and POLITERM®. It runs on 230 V single-phase power; a 60 Hz version for the U.S. market is available on request.

With a 58.1 gal (220 L) mixing tank, direct-drive 4 hp (3.0 kW) pump and an hourly mixing and pumping output of 78 ft³/h (2.2 m³/h), it can pump through up to 98 ft (30 m) of hose and to a height of 49 ft (15 m); simple controls (start/stop, reverse, emergency) make it easy to use for any crew.

Mixing tank: 58.1 gal (220 L); motor 2 hp (1.5 kW) - 230 V single-phase - 50 Hz; double cross-flow auger.
Pump motor: 4 hp (3.0 kW) - 230 V single-phase; direct drive; flow 16 gal/min (60 L/min) of water.
Pumping capacity 124 ft³/h (3.5 m³/h); hourly mixing and pumping output 78 ft³/h (2.2 m³/h).
Maximum hose length: 98 ft (30 m); maximum pumping height: 49 ft (15 m).
Weight: approx. 705 lb (320 kg); dimensions 59 × 39 1/4 in (150 × 100 cm), loading height 27 1/2 in (70 cm); crane hooks and forklift slots; stainless steel.
Standard equipment: 33 ft (10 m) lightweight delivery hose with Ø 2 in (50 mm) nozzle, mixer and pump start/stop, reverse and emergency buttons, de-airing tool, 9.8 ft (3 m) power cable.
Available on request: 60 Hz version for the U.S. market; 230 V or 400 V three-phase versions.
