UNDERLAY, IN ROLLS, FOR IMPACT SOUND INSULATION

REGUPOL comfort 8 is a 0.31 in (8 mm) impact sound underlay in PUR-bonded elastomers with a dimpled underside, supplied in rolls for screeds and floating floors. Under a 3 1/2 in (90 mm) cement screed it reduces impact noise by ΔLw 26 dB, and under a 1 3/8 in (35 mm) RenoScreed® by ΔLw 23 dB.

Its thermal resistance is low (R 0.57 h·ft²·°F/BTU (0.10 m²K/W)), so it is suitable for underfloor heating; VOC emissions A+. Rolls 42 ft 8 in × 45 1/4 in (13,000 × 1,150 mm) for residential and commercial buildings, hotels and renovated apartments, with live loads up to 104 psf (5 kN/m²).
