REGUFOAM vibration 400plus

VIBRATION ISOLATION MAT

REGUFOAM vibration 400 plus is a vibration isolation material in mixed-cell polyurethane foam, for decoupling buildings, foundations and machines from vibrations and structure-borne sound. It is designed for permanent static loads up to 16 psi (0.11 N/mm²) (rare short-term peaks up to 435 psi (3 N/mm²)) and, depending on load and thickness, reaches natural frequencies as low as 8 Hz.

The REGUFOAM vibration plus range covers loads from 1.6 to 363 psi (0.011 to 2.5 N/mm²) with very elastic, durable foams. Selection is straightforward: the type must match the permanent load actually acting on the bearing – REGUFOAM vibration 400 plus is the right choice up to 16 psi (0.11 N/mm²). Strips, pads, self-adhesive versions and special roll lengths are available on request.

Maximum static load: 16 psi (0.110 N/mm²); rare short-term peaks up to 435 psi (3.000 N/mm²).
Static modulus of elasticity: 87 - 145 psi (0.6 - 1.0 N/mm²) (based on EN 826); dynamic modulus: 174 - 290 psi (1.2 - 2.0 N/mm²) (based on DIN 53513).
Mechanical loss factor: 0.17 (DIN 53513); compression set: 3.9 %.
Fire behavior: B2 (DIN 4102), E (EN 13501-1).
