LA CHAPE XXS® DUAL TECH is the pre-mixed, lightweight, fiber-reinforced cement screed for jobs with little thickness available: it is applied from 13/32 to 5 7/8 in (1 to 15 cm), also bonded, and is twice as light as a traditional screed. It is designed for renovations and new buildings, in apartment blocks and single houses, on any substrate.

With one product you choose the consistency on site: traditional (0.79-0.92 gal (3.0-3.5 L) of water per bag) or fluid (1.2-1.3 gal (4.5-5.0 L)). Made with cement, special aggregates, fibers and EPS beads coated with E.I.A. additive, it offers high strength (CT-C12-F3 in the traditional version) and contributes to thermal and acoustic insulation. It does not settle, does not shrink and does not crack.

It is walkable after 12 hours; ceramic tiles can be laid after about 24 hours and floating parquet after about 3 days. It is mixed in a cement mixer or with a drill and pumped with a plastering machine or subfloor machines.
